Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), acting as Lead Agency for White Fence Farms No. 3 Mutual Water Company (White Fence), will issue a loan from the State Revolving Fund Program. White Fence currently has two wells (Well 1A and Well 2) that are inoperable due to exceedance of the Maximum Contaminant Level for Nitrate. White Fence has submitted three possible alternatives for evaluation: consolidation with a nearby water supplier, construct a replacement well, and provide treatment to the existing well.
