- The Iverson and Jacks Apartment Water System Proposes to conduct a nitrate treatment feasibility study, which will include a test well, hydrological/geotechnical investigation, and design of treatment alternatives. The project will determine whether the water system can meet drinking water standards with a new production well, or whether a new well and treatment are necessary. Depending on water quality results, the test well may be cased and capped for potential developement into a production well, which would not be approved without further CEQA analysis.
