Document Description
The project involves maintaining an existing unimproved dirt access road (Trabuco Oaks Road) to the Ferber Ranch property and associated culverts on an "as-sedimentation and debris within existing roadway and associated culvert(s). The routine maintenance would include removing and clearing sedimentation and debris within travel lanes of the access road to make it. Routine roadway maintenance following each storm event would involve the removal of up to 10 cubic yards of sediment and debris depending upon the amount and duration of the storm event. These maintenance activities would occur completely within the travel lanes of the existing roadway right-of-way and are expected to be completed within 1 to 2 days following the storm event when the wash flows have ceased and the was is dry. No trees or vegetation removal or trimming would occur unless trees or other vegetative resources have fallen into or have been washed into the roadway creating an obstacle to vehicular traffic.
