Document Description
The project will use a "pipe-bursting" technique to upgrade an existing water pipeline that crosses under two watercourses: Palermo Creek and Wyman Ravine. Both sites will implement the pipe-busting technique. The pipe-bursting technique is a method in which a device pushes through the old pipe, and lays new pipe as it pushes through.
