Document Description
The project is approval of a Design Review Agreement to construct an industrial project in two phases within an approved industrial subdivision where all project serving roadways and utilities are existing and have been constructed to County requirements. Phase 1 will construct an 11,918 sf industrial building, roadway encroachments, on-site parking and circulation, landscaping, and a two-acre fenced equipment storage yard. Phase 2 will construct a 14,000 sf office building and a 5,000 sf hanger building in the northeast corner of the storage yard constructed during Phase 1. Phase 2 construction includes roadway encroachments, on-site parking and circulation, landscaping, and a monument sign.
