Document Description
The proposed Project will repair the scour damage by rehabilitating the bottom of the double box culvert inside Erskine Creek drainage. This will entail removal of concrete debris and pouring of new material. The creek flows all year so the Project will be constructed in two stages. Stage 1, flow will be diverted to one cell while work is being done on the other cell with no water flow. Stage 2 will consist of diverting the flow to the finished cell so work can be done on the remaining cell while no flow is present. A Water Diversion Plan appropriate for the flow levels at the time of construction will need to be submitted. Equipment to be used includes a bobcat, concrete drill, excavator and concrete truck and pump. Construction equipment will need to enter the channel. Access would be from already established points of entry and exit. The Project will not require the removal of any riparian vegetation.
