Project consists of the sale and assignment of 63 square feet of SEZ Restoration Credit and 53 square feet of Class 1-3 Restoration Credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel where an existing beach access stairs will be rebuilt, as accessory to an existing residence. The assignement eneables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any new increase in the amount of existing land coverage in class SEZ or 1, 2, or 3 areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
