Document Description
Replace a failed culvert utilizing heavy equipment on Penn Creek in Patrick's Point State Park, a non-anadromous stream, with a new 16 ft. long 96-inch diameter galvanized steel culvert. Work will excavate 30 ft. wide, 40 ft. long, and 10 ft. deep to allow the culvert to be placed 3 inches below grade. The new culvert will be backfilled inside the reestablish natural stream flow grade using the gravel that was excavated from the stream channel and augmented with washed ddrain rock if necessary.
