- The request is for approval of a Use Permit for the construction and operation of a new wireless telecommunications facility consisting of a 110-foot-tall monopine structure (containing up to five antenna arrays and two microwave dishes), along with 5 communications and equipment shelters enclosed by a 6-foot-tall chain link fence. The proposed improvements would be located within 70 x 70' lease area on a 195.5 acre property. Access to the proposed telecommunications facility will be through an existing access road on-site which connects with Inwood Road located along the northern property line.
