Document Description
The Fairway Oaks Subdivision Project would consist of 100 single-family lots, ranging from 8,000 square feet to 18,291 square feet. A 10.7-acre Open Space area would also be located on the project site, which includes a neighborhood park with an oak tree preserve and a Class I bike trail that travels along Dry Creek. In addition to the Open Space features on the project site, a variety of environmental features including water, energy, and solid waste conservation measures shall be included in the proposed project design. A 30-foot-wide pedestrian and bicycle connection is proposed from Chase Drive to Glendale Avenue, between lots 98 and 99. The proposed project would incorporate fully paved roads conforming to 50-foot and 60-foot right-of-way sections. An alternative access route to the project site shall be implemented as part of the proposed design features. The alternative access would be a direct connection from the project site to the Glendale Avenue/SR 99 southbound ramps intersection, which would be located at the proposed 30-foot-wide pedestrian and bicycle connection site. Project entitlements include approval of a Rezone from R1A-PD to R1C-PD and approval of the Vesting Tentative Map.
