The subject trees are defined as obstructions to navigate airspace due to height and location pursuant to Federal Aviation Regulations. Potential effects from the project were identified including - Air Quality, Biology, Cultural Resources, and Geology & Soils; however, these effects will be reduced to less than significant levels through the implementation of mitigation measures.
