Document Description
The project consists of two phases. Phase 1 is the demolition of selected structures at the Alvarado WWTP to make room for the new cogeneration building and biogas conditioning system which is Phase 2. The two new cogeneration engines will be fueled with biogas from the WWTP's existing digesters to produce supplemental electrical power and hot water production.
