Document Description
The project includes the Peter Michael Winery Tributary 3 Bypass construction project which involves construction and operation of a bypass facility on an unnamed tributary (Tributary 3) to Kellogg Creek, thence Redwood Creek, thence Maacama Creek, thence the Russian Riverin Sonoma County. The bypass facility will feed an existing onstream reservoir which currently stores 36.5 acre-feet of water for irrigation of existing vineyards. The CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0190-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tom Eakin, Peter Michael Winery.
