Sierra County proposes to adopt ordinances modifying three existing sections of the Sierra County Zoning Code and adding three new sections, to fully implement a number of existing General Plan policies all pertaining to the protection of water resources, specifically: Water resource setback policies and appurtenant definitions; Open Space policies; Stream Zone policies; and Floodplain policies.
