The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0177-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sonoma County Regional Parks. The overall project includes construction of eight miles of new trails and trail improvements within Taylor Mountain Regional Park. Appropriate cross slopes on trails of 2% to 5% will be constructed, along with rolling dips and grade reversals to direct water from the trail surface.
