Document Description
The project is adoption and implementation of a proposed Master Plan for the Taylor Mountain Regional Park and Open Space Preserve. In conjunction with the Master Plan, the property's County General Plan land use designation will be changed to Public/Quasi Public and the property will be rezoned to Public Facility. The Master Plan would establish long-term guidelines for development of the property for public recreational and educational uses, as well as natural resource protection.
