Document Description
The project would construct a seven-story, 85 feet high 265,700 gsf proposed academic building, site improvements including a landscaped courtyard, and underground utility connections. The vast majority of the space in the academic building would be used for office space, including workstations, workspace for visiting faculty and staff, and meeting rooms. There would also be a Learning Commons and classrooms, the Chancellor's Suite, a small amount of retail space (~8,700 gsf) to serve the building occupants, and support space for building operations.
