Document Description
The City of Sutter Creek General Plan Update updates the adopted General Plan and Housing Element to incorporate City interpretation of General Plan policies; reflect changes to state and local regulations and setting information; comply with State housing element law; and streamline future General Plan updates and environmental documentation. The recommended modifications and additions to the General Plan are not intended to create changes to the physical environment that have environmental impacts that cannot be avoided or mitigated. Changes that have the ability to create physical environmental impacts such as changes in land use designations, modification of the sphere of influence boundaries, or the modification of the circulation policies have not been included for this maintenance update.
