Document Description
A use permit application to convert an existing wholesale lumber yard to an agricultural fertilizer manufacturer and distribution facility in two phases over three years. Phase one is for the construction of a 14,400 sf storage building with truck docks, storage area for eighteen 30,000 gallon tanks, and underground plumbing piping. Phase two is for the construction of three 500,000 gallon storage tanks, extension of existing rail spur, the construction of a new rail spur, a 7,200 sf addition to the manufacturer building, a 16,800 sf addition to the warehouse building for dry material storage, truck scales, and relocation of the retention pond.
