The project includes the conversion of grassland to 20.2 acres (15.9 net acres) of vineyard within a 219-acre holding. The project proposes to maintenance of proposed erosion control measures within 6 vineyard blocks with topography ranging from gently to steeply sloping (slopes typically 2% to 32%) at elevations between approximately 760 and 910 feet above mean sea level.
