Document Description
The Project would consist of approximately 150 residential units in a four-story structure, a recreation and community space, a leasing office, and outdoor communal spaces, including a pool, patio areas, and landscaping. The project would contain one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The maximum height of the residential structure would be approximately 50 feet. A site plan is attached to this NOP as Figure 3. The main vehicular access to the Project would be from East El Camino Real via a ramp into the subterranean parking garage. The project would include a total of 228 parking stalls including 7 handicapped spaces in the parking garage. Approximately 197 stalls would be assigned residential parking and 31 stalls would be guest parking. Construction activities would include demolition of the existing single-story commercial structures and parking lot, as well as the removal of trees, which would be replaced in accordance with the Project's landscape plan.
