The Project consists of major maintenance, renovation, and interior accessibility improvements in four student residential buildings, including reconfiguration of existing space and enclosure of stairwells and roof decks to provide up to 60 additional student bed spaces; improvements to the pedestrian circulation system and outdoor gathering spaces to meet accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and to enhance the outdoor spaces within the college, and replacement of a cafe and an office building (a total of approximately 2,250 sf), with a new, 7,200 sf building.
