Document Description
This project is the approval of the California Architectural Paint Stewardship Program Plan (Plan) that is submitted by the architectural paint stewardship organization, PaintCare, on behalf of the architectural paint manufacture who is participating in the Plan, in compliance with AB 1343. The Plan will be implemented by PaintCare, in coordination with entitles engaged in the manufacture, sales, transportation, and end-of-life processing of architectural paint in California.
