CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0082-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code tot eh project Applicant, Trece Herder/Dublin Crossing, LLC.
The project is limited to installation of four culverts, four outfalls, two footbridges, one reinforced concrete pipe, and one vehicular/pedestrian bridge to allow for circulation and drainage of the Project area. Additionally, a majority of the work within the canals will occur in association with the Project's restoration and enhancement activities.
