The proposed projects is an amendment to the Monte Sereno Municipal Code to create a public zoning district and rezone the properties located at 18011 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road (410-17-026) and 18041 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road (410-17-027). The Public Facilities zoning will allow for government buildings and emergency shelters. The site is currently zoned R-1-8, but has been used for governmental purposed (i.e. City Hall and Post Office) for over 30 years.
