Document Description
The State of California Department of Fish and Game is entering into an Amendment of Streambed Alteration Agreement (No. 1600-2003-5169-R5) with the United Water Conservation District, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The United Water Conservation District project is limited to the alteration of the Santa Clara River in order to conduct a geotechnical investigation to gather data for future and potential modifications to the Vern Freeman Diversion. Upon completion of the sampling, the project site will be returned to roughly the pre-project contours of the SCR using the same equipment used to excavate and construct the pad.
