The Figueroa Streetscape Project consists of 4.5 miles of new bicycle facilities and streetscape improvements in the public right of way. The new bicycle facilities consists of three miles of a combination of new buffered bicycle lanes and cycle tracks along S. Figueroa Street; a one-way westbound buffered bicycle lane along six blocks of 11th St.; and new buffered bicycle lanes along Bil Robertson Lane. Streetscape elements include streetlighting, new street trees and landscaping, new sidewalks, transit platforms, enhanced cross walks, transit funrniture and public art.
