For purposes of this analysis, the proposed new John Marshall Elementary School is a replacement school for the existing Marshall School. No additional property will be acquired to accommodate the proposed improvements, and all of the proposed improvements will be located within the existing John Marshall Elementary School campus. The new building will have a gross floor area of 95,997 sf.
