Document Description
The Quartz Hill Water District (QHWD) is proposing to construct a new Operations Center & Maintenance Facility. The 31,194 sq. ft, 2-story building will include "Operations Center" functions consisting of the following uses: Administrative-related services, a "Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System", and a water quality testing lab. The "Maintenance Facility" will consist of the following uses: water equipment repair shop, and an equipment and materials storage.
