The San Benito County application to Cal Recycle for a solid waste facility permit modification, amending the JSRL JTD/Report of Facility Information (RFI) to allow modifications to the closure contours of the John Smith Road Landfill Expansion Project to create more volume for waste disposal and allow current operations to continue for a longer time would not change the degree of or aggravate environmental impacts beyond those considered in the 2012 review of land fill activities on this site.
