Document Description
The Permit Revision will allow for an: increase in the permitted maximum tonnage received from 500 tons per day (tpd) to 1,000 tpd disposal, expand the permitted facility boundary from 57 to 90.36 acres, expand the disposal footprint from 44 to 58 acres, increase maximum elevation from 855 mean sea level (MSL) to 920 MSL, increase design capacity from 4,625,827 cubic yards to 9,354,000 cubic yards, change in estimated closure dated from 2024 to 2025 at 850 tpd or 2032 at 500 tpd, and allow designated recyclable material to not be counted towards the daily permitted tonnage per the MND analysis (permitted vehicle traffic of 600 vehicles per day will be the limiting factor on the total amount of materials received).
