Document Description
The project proposes approval of a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the existing 13.61 acre parcel into 2 lots of 5.84 and 3.76 acres, including a 20-foot landscape buffer easement adjacent to Main Street, and the existing dedicated public street right-of-way for Main Street. Access to the site would be provided by a private driveway connection to Nirvana Avenue to the west of the site. The project also proposes approval of a grading permit to create two building pads for future industrial development. Grading would consist of balanced excavation and fill of approximately 63,000 cubic yards of earth, to create level building pads for the future development area. Construction of structures is not proposed at this time.
