The proposed project is for two Coastal Development Permits and one CUP. The first Coastal Development Permit would allow construction of a 3,101 SF residence, 375 SF garage with attached 563 SF storage area, conversion of an existing barn into a 800 SF guesthouse, and grading including 1,154 cubic yards of cut and 1,425 cubic yards of fill. The second Coastal Development Permit would allow construction of a 1,672 SF agriculture employee dwelling, 720 SF attached garage, 338 SF detached treatment area, temporary equine quarantine facility structures and grading including 1,282 cubic yards of cut and 9 cubic yards of fill. The CUP would allow use of the agriculture employee dwelling with attached garage.
