CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0118-R5) to the project applicant, USA Portola Properties, LLC. The project proposes to permanently impact 1.02 acres of stream bed, bank, channel, and/or associated wetland/riparian vegetation. Permanent impacts to southern willow scrub will not exceed 0.16 acre. Permanent impacts to mulefat scrub will not exceed 0.76 acre. Permanent impacts to unvegetated streambed will not exceed 0.10 acre.
