Site Development Permit 02-18-5127 for the "Copperleaf/Silveroak" development is a request to develop Planning Area R-7 within the South Planning Area of the Portola Center Area Plan (Area Plan 2008-01) with 251 attached multi-family condominium dwelling units and associated improvements, including recreational amenities, fencing and paving.
