Document Description
The project involves the upgrading of the existing Taff Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project's purpose is to enable the plant to achieve compliance with current waste discharge requirements, replace obsolete and old equipment, build in redundancy, and improve water quality of the plant's effluent. The project would replace the existing lagoons for redundancy; install a new Biolac aeration system for lagoon aeration and improved secondary (biological treatment); install a new Parshal flume and ultrasonic level meter, install a new electrical feed and blowers, rehabilitate values and piping; replace the existing electrical distribution system.
