The project is limited to (1) widening Ranchero Road from its current two-lane configuration to a four-lane facility, (2) replacement of the existing two-lane, two-span bridge over the California Aqueduct (Aqueduct) with a new sixlane, single-span bridge, and (3) construction of a 0.36-acre detention basin in uplands east of the Aqueduct, within City and County jurisdictions.
