Document Description
The City of Hesperia Development Services Department in cooperation with the County of San Bernardino Department of Transportation proposes improvement to a 5.5-mile stretch of Ranchero Road from east of Mariposa Road (Station 67+00) to Seventh Avenue (Station 326+40.00). The proposed project will involve widening exisitng two-lane segments of Ranchero Road to four lanes, with a 12-ft painted two-way left-turn median and 6-ft shoulders in both directions. On-street parking will not be allowed. Shoulder width and other dimensions would vary, depending upon whether the subject roadway segment is located in City or county jurisdiction. The total estimated roadway right-of-way (ROW) width is anticipated to range between 80-ft and 140-ft.
