Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0053-R5) to the project applicant, Standard Pacific Homes. The project proposes to permanently impact 0.444 acre of streambed/lake, including 0.426 acre of permanent impact to mulefat scrub with scattered willow trees and 0.018 acre of permanent impact to unvegetated streambed and mitigate with 1.32 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
