Document Description
Project is the development of a new residential neighborhood on approximately 28.5 acres. The proposal includes construction of 84 homes, which equals 2.9 dwelling units per acre and qualifies as the lowest density residential classification. The earthwork consists of approximately 290,500 cubic yards of raw cut, and approximately 252,000 cubic yards of raw fill. The Project will remove approximately 10,000 cubic yards of asphalt pavements, building foundations, ornamental vegetation, and deleterious materials.
