Document Description
The project is a Tentative Parcel Map and Habitat Loss Permit to subdivide a 10.87 acre lot into 4 parcels. The project site is located at the corner of Laky Lane and El Paso Street in the Ramona Community Planning Group, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category Semi-Rural Residential, Land Use Designation Rural Residential. Zoning for the site is A70, Limited Agriculture Use. The site contains an existing single family residence, which will be retained. Access to each proposed parcel will be provided by a private road (Laky Lane) which connects to El Paso Street. The project would be served by on-site septic systems and imported from the Ramona Water District. Earthwork will consist of cut and fill of 7,000 cubic yards of material. The following project design considerations are also being implemented to minimize environmental impacts: increased size of on-site open space easement for cultural resources, off-site mitigation for biological resources, and payment of traffic impact fees.
