Amend the Fresno County-adopted Del Rey Community Plan to re-designate a 2.20-acre parcel from the Public Facilities (Ponding Basin) to General Industrial and rezone the said parcel from the AE-20 (Exclusive Agricultural, 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District to M-3 (c) (Heavy Industrial, Conditional) Zone District to allow parking for an existing fruit juicing and packing plant. The subject property is located on the east side of S. Del Rey Avenue approximately 900 feet south of the E. American Avenue within the unincorporated community of Del Rey (SUP. DIST.: 4) (APN: 350-230-07ST).
