Document Description
The Addendum to CUP No.'s 11-09, 12-01, and 12-02 analyzes a revision to the Project's CUP's that would allow the Project to demonstrate Farmland Security Zone (FSZ) contract compatibility by maintaining a reasonably foreseeable agricultural operation onsite determined by site-specific soil and water analysis. The Addendum makes minor changes to the conditions of approval and mitigation measures required under the negative declaration certified on August 6, 2012 to be consistent with Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 13-058, adopted on November 26, 2013.
