Planned Residential Development of 306 residential units in 19 2-story and 3-story structures on 12.35 acres located on the north side of Lugonia Avenue, 690 ft. east of Nevada Street, in the unincorporated area of San Bernardino County, adjacent to the community of Redlands. The project includes a 10,534 sf recreation center with a pool, spa, and exercise room. Outdoor amenities include tot lots with play equipment, picnic and barbecue areas, and volleyball courts. Total building coverage is 29% of the site area, and the total impervious surface area is 65%. A total of 596 parking spaces are proposed for residents and guests, including 300 enclosed garage spaces and 296 open spaces.
