- Document Description
- The project proposes to construct and operate a new charter high school on the former Santa Ana Hospital Medical Center site. The project will consist of two new education buildings, one administrative/library building, and a gymnasium to accommodate 450 students. Ancillary to the school, three residential buildings and one administrative/support building are proposed to accommodate 80 students that would reside onsite. Vehicular access to the project site would be provided from North Fairview Street. The project proposes to provide primary vehicular access from three proposed driveways on Fairview Street. The driveway will be full-access, side-street stop-controlled intersection with one entrance and one exit lane.
