The fence would be a total of 8'0" feet in height and would surround the perimeter of the building including the area adjacent to the conservation easement. The project site is located north of 10251 Vista Sorrento Parkway in the IL-3-1, RS-1-8, Coastal Overlay (non-appealable), Accident Potential Zone 2, Airport Influence Area, Airport Environs Overlay 60 dBa Zone, and Residential Tandem Parking zones with the Mira Mesa Community Planning Area in the City and County of San Diego (Legal Description: A portion of the Southwesterly 700 feet of acre lot 8 of Sorrento Lands and Townsite, Map No. 483)
