Document Description
An application for a Site Development Permit (SDP) and Coastal Development Permit (CDP), an amendment to SDP No. 7294 and CDP No. 7293, and easement summary vacations and dedications to construct security fencing and lighting, vacate an existing highway slope easement and conservation easement, and dedicate additional public right-of-way and create a new conservation easement area on a 11.30 acre site. The security fence would be constructed of metal upright bars with concrete pilings ranging from 9" to 36" in diameter at approximately 8'0" on center. The fence would be a total of 8'0" feet in height and would surround the perimeter of the building including the area adjacent to the conservation easement. The project site is located north of 10251 Vista Sorrento Parkway in the IL-3-1, RS-1-8, Coastal Overlay (non-appealable), Accident Potential Zone 2, Airport Influence Area, Airport Environs Overlay 60 dBa Zone, and Residential Tandem Parking zones with the Mira Mesa Community Planning Area in the City and County of San Diego (Legal Description: A portion of the Southwesterly 700 feet of acre lot 8 of Sorrento Lands and Townsite, Map No. 483)
