Proposed Intersection improvements (Roundabout) as required mitigation for the commercial development at SR 43 and Lacey Blvd, in Kings County in the City of Hanford. The First Addendum to the Final EIR for the HWY 43/198 Commercial Project was approved by the lead agency on June 16, 2015. This NOD accepts the Final EIR, First Addendum only as it applies for the roundabout intersection improvements at SR 43 and Lacey Blvd, for resources and mitigation subject to Caltrans.
