This project involves the subdivision of a 25.1-acre parcel into two parcels and construction of a residential structure, septic system, driveway, and bridge on each parcel.
The Project will result in permanent impacts to 1.13 acres of California tiger salamander (Ambystome californiense) habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of California tiger salamander, which is designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act.
