Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0007-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. The watercourse crossing projects are to be installed for the purposes of crossing watercourses for the use during timber harvesting operations. There are nine proposes watercourse crossings: three rocked dips, four culvert crossings, one low water crossing, and sediment basin clean-out. Project diagrams are included in the Tars Mill Timber Harvest Plan associated with this Agreement.
