Document Description
Construction of wood steps in Mount Diablo State Park to repair unsafe walking conditions and prevent further erosion of the trail. Project will install 4x8 inch wood boards along 85 feet of trail and secured with rebar and backfilling area with native soil to create steps, add organic debris and small logs and de-compacting the trail tread to remove two user-created trails and protect the newly repaired area with berms. Work will also build a new 45' long access trail to a nearby picnic area.
